Effective Date: 12\30\2025
Safera Corp. (“Safera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website (the “Site”). This Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site, completing a transaction, or clicking “I Agree,” you affirm that you are at least 21 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Safera develops firearm accessories only. No firearms, ammunition, or regulated weapons are sold, transferred, or distributed through this Site. Any references to firearms are for descriptive or compatibility purposes only.
All products, concepts, images, renders, videos, specifications, timelines, and descriptions displayed on the Site are in development and provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. They do not represent final products and may change materially or be discontinued prior to any potential commercial release.
The $1 payment offered on the Site provides access to an early access waiting list only. This payment does not constitute a product purchase, pre-order, reservation, or contract for sale, and does not guarantee product availability, launch, delivery, pricing, features, performance, or regulatory approval. Safera makes no commitment to release any product and may modify, delay, or cancel development at its sole discretion.
The $1 early access fee is non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law. The fee is charged to support administrative, operational, and early access program costs.
Safera products are not safety devices, do not prevent misuse, injury, or harm, and do not replace proper firearm handling, training, or secure storage practices. Firearms and firearm accessories are inherently dangerous if misused. You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful ownership, possession, and use of any product in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Site and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Safera’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one U.S. dollar ($1).
Safera may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
