Parties
This Letter of Intent is entered into by and between Safera (“Company”) and the undersigned Influencer Affiliates (“Potential Affiliate”).
Purpose
This LOI reflects the good faith intent of both parties to explore a potential affiliate relationshipin which the Potential Affiliate would refer customers to purchase Safera’s patented smart magazine through a dedicated referral platform. This LOI is non-binding and intended solely for planning and investor communication purposes.
Referral Program Overview

# Consumer Discount via Affiliate Network: $49
# Commission to Potential Affiliate per Magazine + Wearable Sold: $170
# Sales Channel: Referred clients will access a Safera-managed website to select product models, colors, and designs
# Access Timeline: Potential Affiliate will receive early access to the product and platform prior to full launch in 2026
